South Bay: Treatbot Factory
No fun fat day is complete without dessert. And with T, that inevitably means ice cream. We found Treatbot Factory inside of San Pedro Square Market:
Thank you Treatbot for making it easy for us to find you. I'm getting much too old and too lazy to track down elusive food trucks. If I had my way, all food trucks would have one stationary location (for lazy people like me) and one mobile truck that roams the streets (for the more dedicated foodies out there).
After some taste testing, we decided on one scoop of the East Side horchata (rice milk flavored ice cream with cinnamon) and one scoop of the 408 (caramel ice cream with fudge and oreo cookie):
Both were delicious, but by the end, all three of us wanted some fries to combat all the sweetness.
