San Francisco: Pearl's Deluxe Burgers

Thanks to texting Google, my old roomie and I were able to find Pearl's Deluxe Burgers at the end of our shopping day:

We were able to secure a table when we arrived, but after we placed our order, the line started going out the door:

We decided to split the phat bob, which comes with BBQ sauce, bacon, Jack cheese, onion rings, and mayo:

And the mushroom burger, which comes with mayo and swiss cheese:

And an order of frings (half fries half onion rings):

The burgers were really messy to eat, but sooooo delicious and juicy!  We asked for medium rare and it actually came medium rare.  I know, crazy, right?

I love eating out with my ex-roomie because we have similar food philosophies.  We didn't have to do anything more than share a look to know exactly how we felt about springs (sweet potato fries and onion rings).  We may have scoffed at the same time.  Roomie telepathy forever!

I noticed that a lot of people were ordering milkshakes, so I took a closer look at the menu.  I wish I'd done so earlier.  Nutella milkshake?!  Guh...I can't believe I missed out on that!

This calls for another shopping day so that I can console myself with a Pearl's burger and a nutella shake.
