New York: Los Tacos No.1
Los Tacos No. 1 came highly recommended as the best tacos in all of New York. Coming from California and being taco fanatics, we had to give it a try.
Located inside Chelsea Market, you can easily spot Los Tacos No.1 by looking for the long line:
The four of us weren't really hungry (T and CV just devoured a whole lobster from The Lobster Place), but we still ordered three adobada tacos ($3.75 each). And to help cut through the spiciness, we also got a horchata ($3.75):
Well. They were good? But the adobada tacos from El Gordo in San Diego were LIFE CHANGING.
Maybe if I lived in New York, I would feel that it's necessary to pay almost $4 for a taco. But luckily, I live in California where you can get a bomb taco for less.
Thank goodness I live in California.
