South Bay: Golden Sun Palace
After our go-to dim sum place changed ownership and jacked up the prices, my family was left at sixes and sevens. That is, until we discovered Golden Sun Palace:
Given how packed it was, we were apparently the last to know:

Pan fried chive dumplings ($4.88):
Turnip cake ($2.88):
Xiaolongbao, steamed chive dumpling, and siu mai (I don't remember the prices):
Steamed pork ribs with taro ($3.88):
Phoenix claws ($2.88):
Rice noodle roll with Chinese donut ($4.88):
Rice noodle roll with shrimp ($4.88):
And beef offal ($5.99):
It wasn't the most glamorous dim sum we'd ever had, but that's not what we were looking for. We just wanted a dim sum restaurant that offers decent dim sum at a decent price. And that's exactly what we found at Golden Sun Palace.
My family has a go-to dim sum place again. All is right in the world.
