Los Angeles: Leo's Tacos Truck
AG had a whole list of taco places to hit up in LA. Leo's Tacos Track was one of them:
Al pastor can sometimes be a bit dry, but not at Leo's. The meat was juicy and flavorful. We were surprised by the size of the pineapple chunks. I wasn't mad at it though. I liked the contrast in texture and flavor.
It was raining pretty heavily that day, but it didn't stop people from lining up for tacos. It certainly didn't stop us.
Leo's is known for their al pastor ($2 each), so that's what we ordered:
Al pastor can sometimes be a bit dry, but not at Leo's. The meat was juicy and flavorful. We were surprised by the size of the pineapple chunks. I wasn't mad at it though. I liked the contrast in texture and flavor.
Hands down the best al pastor tacos I've ever had this side of the border. We really should've ordered another three tacos per person...dammit.
Next time. I'll make sure to bring lots of cash.
