Pescadero: Mercado & Taqueria de Amigos
The interior was your typical gas station store with a little taqueria counter tucked in the side:
As a post-lunch snack, the four of us shared a fish taco ($4.49):
The fried fish pieces came doused with salsa, onions, and hot sauce.
We also ordered a shrimp tostada ($6.29):
The shrimps were unexpectedly big and came dressed with refried beans, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole.
Honestly, while the food was good, it wasn't exactly memorable. There's just much better Mexican food elsewhere in the Bay. It's probably one of the cheapest options in Pescadero though. So if you're visiting Pescadero and you don't want to spend a whole lot of money on food, Mercado & Taqueria de Amigos is the place to go.
