Los Angeles: Kost. Eat
Since we had 90 minutes of validated parking thanks to Sul & Beans, Abby and I decided to explore the plaza a bit. While we were walking around, we came across Kost. Eat:
Offering all sorts of snack food like tornado chips and Korean hot dogs, what drew our attention were the Korean fried stuffed pancakes:
As per usual, we went with one savory and one sweet. We got the traditional honey and nuts ($2.99):
And the less traditional vegetable and noodle ($3.99):
I typically always prefer savory over sweet, but not in this case. The noodles were a bit...bland. Like the only flavor was soy sauce? I'm not sure what it was. Overall, we weren't overly impressed.
After polishing off our pancakes, we headed to H Mart to check out all the goodies. And also to try all the free samples.
No shame, right?
