South Bay: Grand Century
Whenever we swear that we're stuffed and we can't eat a single thing more...we always do. Eat more, that is. And it's not that we find extra tummy space. Nope. We just eat through the pain.
Not only did we get dessert at Thanh Son, we also stopped across the street at Grand Century:
TT led us directly to Banh Khot Vung Tau:
Where we bought an order of banh khot:

And then make the tastiest veggie burrito you'll ever have:
Dunk it in some fish sauce and voila! Instant mouth orgasm.
On our way out, we couldn't help but stop at Century Bakery:
Where we bought a coconut pandan waffle to share:
I wish it was a bit crispier, but otherwise it was a delicious snack. One that we totally didn't have the stomach space for.
One day, we'll learn self control. Maybe.
