Taiwan: Ah Xing Dou Hua
After dinner with our aunt, my sister and I dragged our stuffed selves back to my grandparents' home only to find that we'd forgotten the key. A quick phone call to my grandma revealed that both grandparents plus uncle were chilling at a nearby dou hua shop. My uncle was dispatched to pick us up and bring us to Ah Xing Dou Hua:

The dou hua from this stand come in a type of sugar syrup. The dou hua is very silky, but personally, I prefer the ginger syrup that I get from Vietnamese tofu stores back in California.
